We had an enquiry from a local shopkeeper regarding commercial refinancing. My company does not hold the licence in this area, so I spoke to David Sampson (at Omega)

We contacted Omega regarding bridging finance having purchased office premises at auction. As we had a slightly longer completion window than usual for auctions Omega suggested we go straight for a commercial mortgage.

Omega received our formal instructions to proceed, with full credit approval subject only to survey achieved from the Bank just 3 days later, with the mortgage completing exactly 5 weeks from the date Omega received the go ahead from us. The interest rate was also lower than we would have expected even from a high street Bank.

We have no hesitation in recommending Omega to other businesses, both the service they provided and the mortgage terms were first class.
