Successful finance for a pub purchase
Yes, you read that correctly, we have just arranged finance for a pub purchase during a full pandemic lockdown, using only the pub itself and not other properties to support the transaction. Just goes to show there is an appetite out there from both buyers and lenders for even the supposed riskiest sectors!

Commercial Mortgage completed in just 9 Weeks.
We recently completed a mortgage for purchase of a fully commercial property where the application to the lender was submitted on 15th October and legal completion took place on 18th December just 64 days later at 70% of the market value of the property.
